NWR - 5 k Races

Anyone signed up for any 5k's??? i need motivation to get my a$$ in shape?? I was wondering if anyone was signed up i could possible join u or just run the same race. TIA

i don't have any coming up, but it's definitely a great way to get motivated - by signing up for races, i went from running 2 miles to finishing 3 half marathons. check nyrr.org for some upcoming runs.
