Don't know if you ladies ever heard of Elf On The Shelf? I only found out about It last year through work. I know that it's supposed to be for young children but my daughter and I plan on making him appear every night for FH to find when he gets home from work. Maybe he'll hide in the Christmas tree and teepee it with toilet paper or be playing his xbox when he gets home. He LOVES Christmas and I know he will look forward to the mischief that the elf will get into, plus it gives my daughter and I something to do together. This should be fun! I'm excited!

Re: NWR...
My FH thinks he is an elf at Christmas time so I may just have to steal that idea!

We do Elf on the Shelf. We have a girl, our daughter named her Rosie. It's a fun thing. If you're doing it for kids, it comes with a book that's a cute story explaining why the Elf is there, how she goes back to the north pole every night to report to santa whether you're kid has been good/bad. It's a cute idea. After a month of doing it (they're supposed to make their first appearance the day after thanksgiving) last year I was struggling for ideas. Thank god for Pinterest! lol!
