I think I may have slept on my left arm, but it still feels like my hand and arm are a little bit asleep...should I be worried??
I'm probably making it worse cuz I keep thinking about it.

maybe you have a small pinched nerve. try stretching your arm and make a bunch of fists.

sounds like neuropraxia; meaning you compressed the nerve and it's taking a little while for it to feel normal again. if it doesn't get better in a day or two, then have it checked out by your doctor. go see your doctor especially if you're having weakness in the hand or arm. usually it's nothing to worry about.

definitely get your arm checked out by your doctor...I ended up with arthritis in my left elbow from constantly sleeping weird on my arm...my arm wouldn't feel like it was asleep, but my elbow would swell up a lot...it basically got to a point that I can no longer completely straighten my left arm, it's not that noticeable but I notice it and it looks weird. Unfortunately, by the time I went to a doctor it was too late to do anything about it other than physical therapy, which helped a little, but there's no cure for arthritis so I'll just have to live with it
