NWR: AC bday party dress decision

My cousin's 25 bday is tomorrow in AC, and we will be going to dos caminos for dinner and then the pool party after dark- Okay so here is my dilemma: I have this gorgeous tan and black hi-low maxi dress that I wanted to wear but it will be kinda cold- So, should I wear that with wedges and a black leather jacket, or dark jeans, a white top and the leather jacket with black heels?

Would love your help in making this decision!

I say the maxi dress. Its not like its a super mini and its not gonna be 20 degrees.

The casinos seem to always be on the chilly side. I think the pool area will be warm and if you dance you will work up a sweat. Go with the dress.
