NWR: Advice on Passports

Ok, so I need advice from you ladies.

The beginning of June, DH and I went to the Post Office. DH got a new passport and I renewed mine and updated my name. We both have record that our checks cleared and then we received something in the mail telling us how to track our passports. I checked it like 3 weeks ago and DH's was already processed and mine hadn't. I checked it again Friday and again DH said that it had been processed and he should be receiving it in 10-12 weeks. Mine says that it still has not been processed.
I tried to call them, but the answering service says that they won't talk to me unless I'm traveling within the next 14 days...
Any suggestions?!?!?!

OYE! Believe me contacting the people who do the passports is the worst!

It took me 3 MONTHS to renew my passport (and my name has not even changed yet!) hehehe

I just kept calling and then I finally told a little white lie and said yes we are leaving on vacation in 2 weeks ....I got it 3 weeks later! Grrrrrrrrr....

Now my mom on the other hand (renewed at the same time)had her's in 2 weeks. SO i guess it depends on who gets the paper work!
