I meant to post this on here instead of BHB but Has anyone flown Aer Lingus before? How is it? I am trying to book my tickets for Greece and everything is over 2k +, so far the cheapest tickets are with Aer Lingus to Dublin and then to Athens. TIA

Ohhhh Crete is sooo nice. I usually take Delta but its like over 2000 and Olympic but now they are soo expensive bec I think everyone is going there now for Easter, I will book next week but if they are still pricey its better to go with another airline bec I dont mind switching

Re: NWR: Aer Lingus
I flew Aer Lingus from London to Dublin a few years ago. It's fine! It's the national airline of Ireland, I'm pretty sure. I don't remember much about it, except that I was a little nervous to fly, and then when I got on the plane, the first 3 rows were all taken up by nuns. Seriously! What a sight! So I knew nothing bad was happening to that plane.

Yeah it was fine I liked it. It depended on where we were going, but Greece should be fine. I took it to Italy and a bunch other places. Sometimes if you are going to smaller cities it can be a smaller plane, but its a major airline and flew like anything here...

To go to Italy the Italian airline is Alitalia. their prices are very high now too. I was sooo lucky to have a snow day on Valentine's day. I booked my tickets to Italy for 3 weeks this summer and got them for $944. Now the same tickets are $1600 plus tax!!!!

Re: NWR: Aer Lingus
Thats I feel relieved that everyone is posting good stuff about it. But I dont want to pay $$$$$ for a ticket. Last year Delta screwed me and FH over bec we arrived late and they over booked the plane so we didnt have any seats and the plane left, my friends were on it and we were left behind . We were furious because we paid alot for the tickets. Anyhow, they offered us a first class flight to Paris and then to Athens. OMG first class is AMAZING!!!!!
