Ditto. I've tried what seems like every allergy medicine out there. Zyrtec definitely works best for me. I have indoor and outdoor allergies. During the winter Zyrtec basically made me allergy free even though i live with a small petting zoo, lol, now that it's spring I still have days where my allergies affect me, but nothing like without Zyrtec.

Re: NWR: allergies
all the over the counter stuff never worked for me. Then I went on prescription allegra which worked great...but then I had an allergic reaction to it. So I'm now on Flonase. Maybe try that, it seems to work for me.

i have super severe allergies...so bad i can't leave the house
normally i'm on a combination of singulair and allegra..and i carry my inhaler with me everywhere
my allergist wants me to try getting allergy shots so we'll see how that works but i haven't gotten them yet
but i've been so miserable i tried taking zyrtec and i feel as close to normal as i've felt since allergy season started
definitely look into zyrtec..its the best OTC i've tried...and i've tried everything

Re: NWR: allergies
flonase, anti-histamine eye drops, and a high tolerance for discomfort. i'm not really dealing.
the trees are lovely when they're in bloom, but like my cat, i wish i could enjoy the season sneeze-free
