I lost 11.75 inches this first month at Curves. I find it a little hard to believe since I only lost 1 pound. But the numbers don't lie!!!! Funniest part the biggest loss was in my bust

THANKS so much! I need all the support I can get. I think I lost so many since I went off the pill- very bloaty all the time. Alex-Curves is one of the 30 minute work out places for the cardio challenged people like me. I think I am my site's youngest member. Now I have to actually start dieting since I really haven't lost any weight and my clothes are still tight.
