what phone? I have the dare and have the SAME problem! damn thing NEVER comes off and ALWAYS needs to be reset, he l l at least its not resetting itself like it WAS!

i have the same phone. For a few weeks i realized i wasn't getting all of my incoming calls and i had no record of a missed call or anything and it didn't give people the option of leaving a vm either!

call verizon and complain, they'll either send you a new phone or credit you somehow.. or both

Ironic- I replied yesterday, I went on liweddings from my phone last night, and couldn't exit the internet! it wasn't FROZEN, but my 'end' button didn't work and my clear key didn't work.. I had to go online through my wii and google how to take the back off because I tried for a good 20minutes and almost broke the damn thing!
