NWR- Analyze me

NWR- Analyze me

So, why do I feel the need to call people out when I know they’re lying or bullshatting? For ex, a “friend” of mine is always telling me things that I know are not true, or made up, or embellished, etc. Why do I feel the need to call her out? Why can’t I just nod and smile? You know, now that I’m writing this, it’s really only one person I do this too…Maybe cause she annoys me? I don’t know- what do you guys think?

lol fh and i have a friend thats like this. we usually make eye contact and smirk. then laugh about it later.

what i do have a lotttttttttt of in my life, are people who swearrrrrr they are experts in EVERYTHING. they know the answer to everything.. and they tlak out their azzz.. yet when its time to do something, they are helpless shmuckss. its gotten to the point where we've slowly phased them out of our lives. they are users. 1 said to fh (about fixing a comp)'yea yea, i know how to do it, i just figured id let u do it for me' WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT!!!?

I actually think ur way is best, Stacey. I never say anything, just roll my eyes mentally, but out loud agree and try to make comments on how wonderful whatever they tell me is.
I figure, if they go to all that trouble to make those stories, then they have a desperate need to feel good about themselves. dosent cost me anything to just go with it. whatever.

what I hate is ppl trying to teach me things w/o me being interested in that subject or already knowing about it. I also go along with it, makes them feel better, so - whatever

That’s a really good point, I never thought of it that way.

I know a few like this. It's just insecurity. I never say anything though. As soon as I hang up with her though, I have to laugh.

I would call her out on it, too! Why would she possibly feel the need to lie about silly, insignificant things? It makes no sense.
