Okay so, with that brief but lovely glimpse to spring we had here the last few days... and with our constant weight loss talk...
Yes, we all want to look good on the big day but we also want to look good in a bathing suit right? Right.
Okay so here's my question. And I hope I'm not the only one.
I'm really fair skinned and I'm german. I shave my lower legs all the time bu the hair doesn't grow quickly or with quantity on my upper leg so ... I don't have to shave there really? I will when its shorts season but ... whatever.
But I always will feel like the backs of my thighs and it's not like I'm breaking out getting pimples there. But I'll feel little bumps and be like ***... and I know I shouldn't but I'll mess with it and it's almost like a blackhead. Like junk will come out and Ill freak out and exfoliate the crap out of the area. But it happens all the time. Like I've always got a few of them.
How do I get rid of these and am I the only one?

I have those, too. I used to get them on the backs of my upper arms as well but since I've switched to a moisturizing liquid soap and I loofah the sh!t outta them, they're much smoother!

I used to get these little bumpies on the sides of my thighs and upper arms, and i bought a gentle exfoliator and moisturize the crap out of that area and they went away. i think they are little hairs trapped under the skin (and I used to pick at them with a safety pin and tweezers)

Hey! This is actually very common. It is called Keratosis. it is usually worse in the winter b/c your skin gets dried out!
It is actually just a buildup of keratin and skin cells. Best thing for it is to gently exfoliate, then use a good moisturizer with glycolic or lactic acid. (aquaphor works great for night (kinda like a vaseline) and CeraVe is amazing for after the shower.)
Good luck!

I get that too. Also wear looser clothing in that area if possible esp if you sit all day. No air makes the hair folicle trapped causing the bumps.
I get it bad on my arms. I loofa and for some reason when I use self tanner..it makes it go away!!
Also, don't take hot showers.
