she got engaged in dec and then prego shortly after(already has a 3 yr old)
i feel like throughout all the wedding stuff she has been very jealous and not happy for me
I showed her my e-pics her only response was ' oh, nice.' I got better responses from all of you ladies!
she asks me on fb to please make sure that my bday plans are 'prego' friendly
so i decide to do dinner at Four and then after dinner those who want to stay and drink/dance can
she texts me just now:
'Oh, I am off that night but I will have to see what I can do because I can't afford to spend $40 for babysitting, dinner and gift.'
like WTH do i say to that??
so awkward, first of all i never asked for a gift
and YOU were the one begging me to make sure I made it something prego friendly

Ugh that is annoying! Maybe it's the mood swings lol. Four is fun!! I was there two years ago for my friends bday :) tell her you don't want a gift just her being there is what you want for your bday! She needs to get over it.

i tailored my plans so she wouldnt feel left out and now she is giving me lame excuses
I understand the whole money thing and I certainly dont expect anything of her...but if she said include me then obvi she had to expect to spend some sort of money, ya know?

Yeah that's not cool at all Maybe just let her know something like don't be silly, I don't expect you to come with a gift, just bring yourself. Depends on how much you want her to be there
