Another drama filled day. My son slept over my X's house last night as a special request. So today I go to work (which I was off for 2 weeks due to us closing so the boss could go on vacation) and the school calls at 10. My son had thrown up, had a slight fever and sore throat. So I left work (which I need right now) and got him and went to the dr. Well he either has strep (culture being done) or the stomach flu. So she told me to keep him out of school tommorrow and stay inside. So I call my X and yell at him for not telling me he threw up last night and sending him to school sick. Then I asked him if he could watch him tommorrow so I could go to work. Now my X doesn't have a job, he does side work out of his ratty old barn. He told me no that he has to finish a Chevelle that he is working on. I b!*#$ and he says fine, I will take him but he has to come with me. I told him forget it, he obviously can only think about himself and not the fact that his son is sick. I just have to find another way. I am so upset. My X is over 3000 in debt to me right now and the state can't do anymore. They already revoked his license. But according to the laws he has to see his son. Yet meanwhile I have a full time job that I need to be at considering there are bills to pay. Thankfully FH is 100% more the man then my X ever was and ever will be.
So what am I doing today now that I am back home? Coming here to a place I love and finding inventive ways to smush peeps.
Well it's entertaining my son at least!

Thanks guys... it gets better now I dropped my sons prescription off and the dose was wrong on it. So the pharmacy tried to call the doctors office and get the correct dose and they never called back! So now what? - he's got to wait until tommorrow and I still have yet to come up with a way to resolve tommorrow's work issue

At least you have a WONDERFUL man (men counting ur little man) now to make you happy! You can always go to court to try to petition for less visitation... ?
Give your lil man plenty of fluids and hugs... and keep on going with the peep smushing!!!!!!!!!

thanks Nina - he seems to feel a bit better today. Steve went into work at 1:30am so that he could come home early and I could go to work. I am hoping he is home by 12 today. It all depends on how many trips to the city he will have to do.
Poor Dylan he was supposed to have a sleep over tonight with my girlfriends son and I was going to take them to see Ice Age the Meltdown. I told him that I would take him on Saturday instead.
