NWR: Any lawyers? I need advice.
So ladies DO NOT do the keratin or Brazilian Blow out!!!!!! I was a firm believer, but now the BB has made me sick.
Not sure I want to, but is it possible if I did to go after a salon whose product was shady, or who did not administer the product correctly (even after I asked about the safety of their product) and was mislead.
So now I ended up the ER with 105 fever a day after inhaling a ton of chemicals, and after calling poisong control it was a fever specific to the chemical inhalation. I called the salon and after they said the product is posted (just the name...not the ingredients...or potential effects) they are going to give me my $$ back after I sign a waiver that I will no longer go to that salon. which is FINE!! I will not sign anything saying they are not responsible for any other health issues I may incur.
So if need be and I don't get better is there anything I can do? Should I call the dept of health or OSHA on the salon?
