I was home from work today sick, and I pretty much slept & went to the doctor, so I'm having a hard time falling asleep, & I have to be up at 7.

Re: NWR: any remedies?
It might not be a rx therapy but my mom swears by cheese or warm milk!! I've tried and it helps me!!!
OR
You could lay down and just start to dream/ imagine your wedding day - although that comes with the side affect of wedding dreams!!! (I've been having them all week!!)
Hope you feel better and sleep soon!!!

Yeah... those are fine with antibiotics... you can take any night time cold meds like Nyquill (my recommendation), theraflu would be fine too, or even benadryl just to help you fall asleep... (Tylenol pm is actually just tylenol with benadryl, so if you don't need the tylenol just go with that!)
If you don't have any other health problems... you should be fine to take those! I hope this helps! I'll be a pharmacist in about a year just incase you're a little worried about trusting my answer!

I know it's morning now, but for the future....warm milk. Drink it slow, that's what works for me!

Milk is my staple, but I can't have milk w/ the med (any dairy)
