I submitted my registration to NYS and just did the registration on the internet.. waiting for my authorization to test (ATT) to schedule my boards... and freaking out! ... need any words............

just keep taking them, and get one more disk of a different company.. that's what i did! and Know your meds!! especially some of the new ones that came out recently. there's a company that makes flash cards too! At least there was 10 years ago when i took the RN boards. Those were great because you could take them anywhere you were. My friend just recently took it, and cogentin was a big med on there for some reason. i don't know why. Are you working as a nurse on permit now? that's what i did before I took the boards.

Hey! Goodluck on your boards! I took them 3 years ago. In addition to what the other girls suggested make sure you know about the priority of things, like in a patient situation like whats important, not only is that good to know for the test but also in practice. Also, don't freak out if you sit there for 200 some odd questions, or 70...it really makes no difference. I did the full set for like 5 hours and still passed! Study your butt off and you will be fine :) I used the Feurer Review by CD's and I thought that was great, everything I needed to know.

You are going to do fine.
If you can take a review course( fm if you need a recommendation).
Remember ABC, prioritize, and emergency medicine. Since 9/11 they throw in a couple of those.
You are going to do fine.
Good Luck
