NWR: any singles you know looking for an apartment in queens?

this is obviously not for any of you, but if you have any single friends who are looking for an apartment in queens and wouldn't mind a really cool roommate, please pass this info on to them.
if anyone is interested, my good friend dan is looking for a roommate. his roommate is moving out and he has an awesome apartment that he does not want to give up. so if anyone you know is looking to move, would like a nice apartment in queens, and wouldn't mind an awesome roommate please let me/dan know.
info below:
-Its a very sizeable 2 bedroom apartment in Queens
-Very large living room w/ bar, large bedroom for you, 1 and a half bath, private entrance, fenced in yard (good for having people over when the weather gets nice), good size kitchen
-Its almost completely furnished, but I'm willing to move some of my stuff out if your furniture is better
-Bedroom furniture available if you need it
-A block away from 166th/Hillside (2 short blocks from the F Train)
-2 Min from Grand Central Pkwy, 5 Min from Van Wyck
-Food/stores right down the corner
-The bedrooms insulate sound well, so you can have privacy if people are over
Please be:
-clean
-able to make rent
-respectful of other's belongings
-easygoing
Cost:
-700/month (includes heat, hot water, gas, and electric)
-50/month for parking (optional)
-half the cable/internet/phone
