NWR: any social workers on here?

i've had a few different jobs in the SW field & recently applied for a SW job within a SNF. on my 2nd interview the administrator told me she thought I had been over paid at my last two positions! I really didn't know what to say, I mean I know you don't get rich being a SWer, but c'mon. Anyway my question is what do you think a decent starting salary as a SNF SW would be? FM me if you have any idea, I'm just trying to figure out if she was lowballing me or what. TIA!

PS the caseload is 90beds & working Sun-Thrs.
