Re: NWR - Any tips for getting to sleep?
All I can think of besides over the counter things are the classics; warm milk, read a book, watch a movie you've seen a million times, get curtains that don't let light in. Sorry you're having trouble!

Get a presciption for Ambien. Several of my doctor friends used that during their intern years to get to sleep after the crazy shifts.

chamomile tea never fails to make me feel really, really sleepy. as long as you don't use it every night (if you do, you build up a resistance). give it a try!
