I'm an attorney, but my employment contract forbids me from giving any sort of legal advice to someone who is not a client... And I don't specialize in the area you're asking about... I think many other lawyers on here will be in the same boat, too.
If you want legal advice on which you can actually rely, you should really hire your own lawyer... Never know who you can get on the internet - and you have no recourse if the advice is faulty.

that's why i'm asking...i need to hire an attorney and want to see who specializes in this. i wasnt looking for advice, per say, i was looking to see who was available that i could hire.

Ooooh, I'm so sorry I misunderstood you.
I don't work for the kind of firm you're looking for, but if you are on LI, I may have some recommendations (and definitely a couple places to avoid!!)
