My mother used to and I did once or twice.

IMO, the women at the front desk are exceptionally rude and I think they are overpriced for the service/quality they provide.

My friend goes there and gets her hair cut by this woman Tina but she is no longer there and they won't give her the last name so I am trying to help her...

Sorry, I don't know Tina.

Maybe she will contact your friend? My stylist did that when she left the salon she used to work at.
