i havent gotten it in a while... but its yogart, i dont know how there can be bad reviews that would make you scared!!! Personally, what bothered me about it was an after taste i didnt like.... what bad reviews did you see that made you scared?

Ridiculous ones about being sick for weeks as if they had a stomach virus, headaches, crazy cramps, having to call out of work because of vomitting, etc.

maybe they were alergic to it somehow... but i wouldnt be too worried about that...

i've been eating it for years and haven't had a problem with anything. i can't say it works but it's a probiotic yogurt.
those 'side effects' sound crazy to me. sounds like if that was the case it would've been pulled. probably is just an allergy.

i used to eat it but it didn't do anything ... it was like eating any other yogurt (but smaller lol).

i eat the activia light every day as my 3pm work snack, no problems for me... i like all flavors really, sometimes i find special ones like strawberry-banana which are pretty good..

i like the strawberry and the peach.
btw, Yoplait has the Hungry Girl yogurts (same maker as Activia and same size) but less calories and i think they taste better. I love the vanilla.
