NWR: Anyone know of a great electrician whose also priced reasonably?
Do any of you ladies know of a great, experienced electrician whose also priced reasonably and will travel to Franklin Square?
I wish we can call the landlord to fix stuff- BUT WE ARE THE LANDLORDS! Blah!

We use an electrician named Chuck Ianson (516-454-6402). I found him on Angies List and have used him twice now. He was quick, clean and very affordable! FM me if you have any questions!

Thanks ladies. I just called FH cause he knows more about this than me.
Ok- here's what we would need: -Attic fan not working -Lights in front of the house aren't going on (not a bulb issue) -Garage wires are cut so the garage isn't opening -light fixture in basement (not a bulb issue)
