A good friend of mine, who is a huge animal lover, rescued an adorable 9 month old female American bulldog/pit bull all the way from Ohio...but unfortunately her current dog is too agressive with Tonka--and therefore, while it may break their hearts...they must find Tonka a new home. I am trying to pass on the info and see if anyone is interested in this loving dog and wants to give her a proper home! Aww FH would love to take him. He loves americal bull dogs and we have a pitt bull mix right now. but his land lord won't allow dogs. I would take him but if he dosen't get along with that dog he won't with mine. I hope he finds a home!

i hope so too! she was an abused animal and rescued and my friend traveled over 900 miles to get her and bring her to NY. she's VERY sweet, but it turns out that her dog Tank just doesn't want to share his toys! over the wknd Tank was very very agressive and fighting with her to such a point where they can't be in the same room. Poor little Tonka just wanted to play with her 'big brother', but its just too dangerous for her.
But pass the word around--Tonka is a adorable and VERY well mannered as well as house broken!

just so you know--it's not Tonka that is unable to get along--she's fine and gets along with other dogs....its my friends original dog that refuses to get along with her, and sparks the fights. Tonka is a sweetie!

oh they are so cute!! I already have 2 so i don't think i could handle anymore right now as much as i'd like to sometimes..lol. But i will def. ask around!

Awwwww I wish I could adopt but I have 3 already and my 2 older ones would have a heart attack if I bought more dogs in lol

OMG He is so cute. I wish I could. Try the ASPCA community boards. Theyre all animal lovers on there and IM sure someone would be able to give him a great home...
