NWR ANYONE NEED A JOB?
OK, my friends mom passed away so her position is available.
We are a real etate law firm. we handle the purchase/refinance end for the banks. the banks are our clients.
the position entails opening new files, ordering title reports and lien searches and generally speak with the banks to discuss the transactions with them.
if you've never done this before, it will be a bit of a learning curve, and if you've worked with condo's or coops before, it should be easy to grasp.
we need to fill this position ASAP.
This is a full time job, from 9am to 6pm and comes with benefits after 3 months.
We are located on 38th Street in Midtown Manhattan, in the Garment Disctrict.
So if anyone is interested, please FM.
Thanks again!
