I saw it. Very interesting movie and I enjoyed seeing the Middle East, the lavish hotels, the deserts etc
However, I felt it tried to do too many storylines. I really liked Bob and would have preferred more with him. And left the movie not knowing why it was called Syriana....I went to the website which explains it.
Overall, good movie, with a message and raises many questions.

I saw it -- the movie poses the question 'what is the price for oil'. It follows the lives of a CIA agent, an arab prince, a young Pakistani man, a DC attorney and a young energy consultant and while their stories are not directly linked, they all lose something (tangible or not) for oil.
