I love it I have the whole system, I would search stores like CVS Walmart and Target thy have it cheaper I got mine for like $10 on Clearance at CVS that is all 4 tapes and the step thing
I have it bc i like to keep some exercise 'stuff' at my FIs for time si dont wanna drive to the gym from his place. I have the older one and i do like it. I find it alittle easy though bc i workout ALOT but if youre new to working out, its perfect

I like it. I wouldn't buy from the infomercial though, you can get the stuff cheaper at Target. I got a 3pack of Firm DVD's at Costco real cheap.
I have the abs one and you feel it, but too me what really works is the The Fat Burning tape from Pilates. That is good!!!! You sweat!
