NWR- Anyone use paypal alot?
I recently made a payment to a vendor for $1,000. Paypal normally deducts the cash from my checking account... if I didn't have enough in my checking account they would charge my credit card. Anyway this payment was charged to my credit card and my checking account had the money in it (and it was clear and everything). Anyone know why this happens?
