well they both had their own restaurant and at the end they asked people if they would come back, Michael's customers were 94 % and ralph's 90%. it was very close.

I watched. I was really hoping that Ralph would win.

I really thought Ralph would win! He seemed like he was in better control of his kitchen.

Michael passed up on the opportunity for his own restaurant and decided to go to London with 'Chef' to be trained to be a world-class chef.

I really thought Ralph was going to win. He seemed to have more control of his kitchen especially on today's show. I can't believe Michael turned down his own restaurant to go to London. I'm sure it's a great opportunity to train to be a master chef.. but to give up your own restaurant???

The show was pretty interesting last night. I had no preference either way for who won.

I think if I were in Michael's position, I would have done the same thing--gain more experience and learn under a world-class chef. When he finally opens his own restaurant, that is going to give him a lot of clout (which will probably aid in finding investors for his restaurant).

It would have been nice for them to say, 'Michael since you are going to London, we are going to give Ralph his own restaurant.' I would have liked to have seen that!

I would have loved that, he deserved that restaurant so much.

I felt the same way. Knowing Ralph's personality, I'm surprised he didn't say 'I'll take it!'

I wanted Ralph but felt Michael was going to win. You could see Ramsey being so into Michael's decor, wait staff and his food. I think he was torn because Ralph was a 'solid' cook but what he wanted was to get an 'unknown' - someone who he could mold. I don't think Ralph could be molded as well.

I'm sure Ralph will do well now!

It is very difficult to run a restaurant we have four in our family and let me tell you it is at times hell on earth - I think Michale made the right choice - if he goes to london to train and he becomes a well known chef - opening arestaurant and making money after that will be easy - starting up as a guy who won a restaurant from a reality show may not bring in real customers - I liked Michael - I was hoping he'd win.

I'm glad Michael won. Ralph seemed to have a better personality, but Michael was so sweet
