my phone died and i need to get a new one ASAP. i don't trust most salesmen, and will go to basically any verizon wireless store as long as i feel like i'm not getting ripped off. if you (or your FH) works for VW, please FM me!!!!!

First check if your phone is still under warranty. My phone screen suddenly just went black & I went to the Verizon store on Sunrise Hwy in Massapequa & in an hour I had a brand new phone (still under warranty).
Also if you are an existing customer, check online first to see if they are running any specials.

Yeah I would definitely call up Verizon and see what they could do for you. Why pay for a new phone if you could get one for free. It is worth a try!

If you've had your phone 2 years you're entitled to a new one up to a certain value in their new every two program.
If it hasn't been 2 years, you probably are better off calling them because the people on the phone a lot of times give you a better deal than the people in the store because they aren't trying to make a sales commission.
