NWR: Anyone work in HR?

Hi All,

Do any of you work in HR? If you do, what is a typical % increase for an internal promotion? This promotion is a 2-level promotion if that makes a difference.
Please FM me if you don't want to post here.

Thanks

I don't work in HR but one company I worked at did a max of 5%. I recall getting a 4% raise.
I don't know how it would work if you're moving up 2 levels.

I am in HR. It really depends on the position you are going from and to and how much you currently make. I would say about 10 - 30% for a promotion.
