This takes up so much time he is in three yes ladies three leagues for this silly game. I get frustrated because he has to watch all of the football games so sunday are all about the football now Anyone else in the same boat???

Re: NWR Anyones FH into Fantasy Football
My DH usually plays in at leats 2 fanatasy leagues for each sport (baseball, football, or basketball) so it is a year long sport addiction. But I dont' mind I play fantasy baseball and I am the one who got him started with it. But I can only do baseball - I don't follow the other sports close enough.

He says take Priest.
So funny...I read FH these posts and he gave the thumbs up when he heard this one! He's going for Priest.
I shouldn't really complain between the money he makes off of Fantasy Football and selling his Eagles Season Tix, it really helps....especially this year!

Re: NWR Anyones FH into Fantasy Football
My hubby loves loes love FB. For the most part I really don't have a problem with it as long as it is not so obsessive that it interferes with family obiligations which it doesn't. I look at as time he has to himself and time I have to myself to do things we like. So I plan on seeing my sisters or girl friends on Sundays during FB season. If I am home I'll just read a book.

I'm not, but I was a softball widow for a few months this season. Before that, I was an Everquest widow (the first year and a half we were dating). Now I will be a college widow- he starts next week, and I am gonna be very lonely!

Mine is! He's just on an online league though... I remember sitting there last year as he did all his trading.
His friend wanted him to join one where there was actually money involved, but he didn't want to cough up the $60 (good Kevin :))

Re: NWR Anyones FH into Fantasy Football
He has been having drafts for the football leagues...it's sick. He has to be in around 3 leagues as well. It's so great because he had been in the baseball leagues and now football is right back to back with it. . We won't be hanging out for another Sunday until football is over. I like to watch college football and my brother plays for Hofstra, but I can't really stand to watch the NFL. We are going to Disney Sept 10th and that weekend is the first round of games....he doesn't know what to do....it's sooooooooo obsessive!! I can't believe that I would ever say that I'd rather watch the world poker tournament over anything, but I would rather watch that over the NFL and MLB.

Re: NWR Anyones FH into Fantasy Football
OMG!!! I just read this thread. My DH is in 2 leagues for Football AND 2 for Basketball. I can't even talk to him on Sundays, LOL! Me and my friends get together to shop and have lunch on Sundays when they go to watch football at Mulcaheys. At least he wins $ sometimes and I get taken out to dinner for putting up w/ the league and drafts.

Re: NWR Anyones FH into Fantasy Football
Oh my God! I thought I was the only one going through this. I've been a softball widow for the last few weeks, now tomorrow night is the Fantasy Football draft and he also coaches high school football, which takes up most Saturdays from now until November!
