-Reports to Senior Business Manager in the Finance Department

-Responsible for assigned client's, billing, production and management fees

-Meet regularly with various agency teams to resolve billing and budget issues

-Manage work-in-process and A/R on assigned clients

-Maintain client accounting files and job jackets for assigned clients

-Monitor and provide reports on client's, budgets and activities

-Provide A/R collection support; ensure all invoices are paid by the client

-Provide financial-related support to various agency teams

-Process vendor invoices for payment; develop excellent vendor relationship

-Comply with company policies and procedures

-Generate estimate billing to the client according to specific client guidelines

-All invoice information

-Track timely return of resolved discrepancies, make necessary adjustments to invoices and generate final match report

-Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external partners

-Strong organizational skills is required with attention to detail
