FH & I desperately need to find a new apartment. We are looking at eastern nassau county for around $1250. If anyone knows or hears anything can you let me know please? I've been looking on craigs list, but every time we find something nice it turns out to be a scam!

It's a perfectly wonderful apartment, but we may be looking to get out of NY after the wedding. I just want to get it off my hands.

Unfortunately we aren't in the position to buy (I'm a Catholic school teacher and FH makes about the same a year as I do). Plus we'd need something bigger than a studio.

We are pretty much looking anywhere from like Amityville (Suffolk I know) to Bellemore.

I work in Suffolk but FH works in Westbury so we want somewhere in the middle.

YES! this is where i found my last two apts. you may have to pay a broker fee but at least you know its legit
