NWR: Apartment for RENT in MINEOLA**UPDATED WIth CORRECT LINK

I'm moving out of my apt. b/c FI & I are in the process of closing on a house, so I will be moving back home for a bit.

My apartment is AMAZING...

It's one bedroom but HUGE. Living room with dining room area, good size kitchen, full bath. New tile floors in kitchen & bathroom, new countertops in kitchen, walls freshly painted, new carpet throughout.

It's located in Mineola, right off of Willis Ave. Close to Winthrop and LIRR. (half hour out of NYC)

GREAT super & GREAT landlord.

Great neighbors...no ones ever bothers you. Thick walls so can never hear neighbors noises!!

I'm really sad to give this apartment up but if your looking for a place FM me for more info!

My landlord is letting me break my lease, so I'm trying to help him out since he was beyond nice about it.

I don't have the house YET....we accepted a bid....inspector approved it and now we're starting the attorney/closing situations...I'm trying to not get TO excited b/c I'm scared it'll fall through if I do...(b/c that's just my luck!) BUT I'm still moving out just to save all the extra cash I can!

But thanks for all the good luck and compliments on my apt. it really is a great place! I'm going to miss it a lot.....I've already cried like 10 times today about it! lol
