Hey Guys, we are starting to look at apartments. We have a basement apartment now and are dying to be above ground. Anyone know of anything? or going through this?

What are you looking to spend? I live in a fairfield complex and it is alright... everything is brand new, we're allowed to have pets and I have a terrace which is nice in the summer... Our rent is about $1500/mo

I'm moving out of an apartment right now. It's 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, livingroom, kitchenette and on the first floor. It's in a house. I don't know if they're going to rent after I leave, but it's 1000 a month.
Where are you looking?
Edited because I forgot to add -- utilities are included and there is central air, heat control in the apt and an alarm system.
