We are having some family over tomorrow for a BBQ and I want to make something different for an appetizer. We always just do the vegetables and chips or something simple. Any good ideas?????

FSIL made these yummy mini-mexican pizzas at a BBQ on Mother's Day. . .
saute the onions in a frying pan until its translucent then add the ground beef, add the seasonings until its fully cooked.
Open up the buscuit packages and take one biscuit spread it out and scoop a little bit of the meat mixutures and fold the dough over (like 1/2 moon shape) you can use a fork to seal the edges better. Then you can either deep fry it (sooo good lol) or bake in the oven. if your goin to bake it just get one egg and brush the empanadas...
I made these and everyone was addicted to it...doesnt take too long either.
