I am debating if I should spend some $$ and buy a new computer. Well, not sure which one.. I always wanted an Apple computer but they are sooo expensive... So question are a PC or Mac girl??

i am a PC girl. my laptop just recently died so I bought a new one and I went with a Toshiba.

Well... if you keep a lot of stuff on your comp, like pictures, music, etc... PC is the way to go... you can get sooo much more space and at like half the price of a MAC!! I love MAC as well tho... they are cool machines, and most PC programs can be run on MAC's!

I'm a PC but FH is Mac.
We're going to get the new 27 inc desktop comp sometime before the wedding.

omg im a total MAC *****....if your looking for something easy to use. and user friendly.. then go with apple. it will take some time to get used to. ITS DIFFERENT...but itll be worth it at the end. its completely HASSLE free. If you know your way around a PC and dont know if you can rip youself away from WINDOWS and all that stuff then i guess stick with what you know

I had some many PCs and they alway crush on me.. currently I have a toshiba laptop but it is sooo slow. I just got a photoshop and wanted to play around with pictures and do some other stuff on my computer but it is too slow... it is perfect to search internet and email but not for anything else.. $$$ Mac are really expensive but are they better???

I own a PC right now and let me tell you when my trusty little sony vaio dies, I will be buying a Mac. Everyone I know from college still has their Macs and they run just as well as they did when they first got them. I feel like Mac builds a longer lasting machine whereas PC is busy trying to give you soo much stuff in one for a good price that they lack in the construction of the product. JMO but Mac is the way to go.

We have both and while the Macs make life easier in certain aspects, I love my PCs.

definitely a PC.
FH has a mac and he hates it. It constantly has to go in for repairs and isn't ever 'compatable with the rest of the world' to quote FH. He has a hard time opening files and viewing things that are sent to him from people who have PCs. It constantly freezes and locks up on his, overheats, etc. he hates it!!

I personally love MAC's. I like that you don't really have to worry about viruses and that they are so easy to use, not to mention easy to caryy around. I had one and FH accidentially spilled wine on it, but we're saving to get a new one now. The mac book starts at $999 and is totally worth it.

I am a PC & FH is a PC. i have a Dell laptop that is 3 years old. it does what i need it to do which is not much. i sit in front of a Dell at work all day so i barely ever turn it on.
FH is a PC. he builds his own comps so i can't even tell you what he has.

i switched over to mac about 3 years ago and i will never buy another pc
they are so easy to use my friend bought a laptop around the same time, and had to ship it back twice bc of problems with it you can run all windows programs on a mac you dont have to worry about viruses ive had mine for 3 years now, and not a single issue with it at all
