NWR - Arguing with my friend right now - Vent

Ok, so maybe it's none of my business, but I can't help but get frustrated with my friend right now. Her mother is DYING and doesn't want to go to my friend's aunt's house (out of town) for thanksgiving because she wants to visit her father in the nursing home (she can't go alone). Well my friend is telling me that she refuses to go to her mother's for thanksgiving which means her DYING mother will be home all alone because she thinks her mother's refusal to go to her aunt's house is a 'power play' and she 'won't give her the satisfaction'. Like I said, I know this isn't my business, but I am disgusted by this! I can't believe you would purposely leave your mother alone on a major holiday any time but especially when she is dying?!?!

UGHHHHHHHHHHHHH. Just had to vent. Sorry.

oh my... i feel so sad for her... maybe this is her way of coping, or not coping with her mothers illness. either way.. its sad... sorry you are feeling the brunt of her frustraitons..
