NWR: A&S Bagels

NWR: A&S Bagels

Hi girls,

I know some of you are in the Franklin Square/Elmont/West Hempstead. I know A&S had a pretty bad fire tonight. I couldn't find any info on News 12 or Newsday.com about the fire. anyone know if anyone was hurt or even how it started? I only live around the block, but my neighbor who is a firefighter was nowhere to be found.

I hope they reopen soon. I'm going to miss the bagels.

OMG. FH and I used to live a few blocks away. We went there all the time. I hope no one got hurt.

omg is that what all the fire truck sirens i was hearing for like 15 minutes straight from????? i was walking at the park with FH (he lives in valley stream) so i think thats by A&S bages..i could be wrong but i heard tons of fire trucks flying by so it prob was that....i feel bad cuz that place is suppose to be phenomenal
