STRESS: That confusion created when one's mind overrides the body's basic desire to choke the living sh!t out of someone who desperately deserves it!!

After over three weeks of being smoke free, I am about 30 seconds away from grabbing a cigarette. I have exhausted the office supply of chocolate.

Thanks Betsy!! I can't believe how close I am to absolutely losing it right now. And that is after already losing it.

I agree. Keep it up. This is a good thing and you will feel more angst if you cave and have a smoke!

As for quitting smoking I am so proud of you!!!!
