For those of you with service from AT&T...please share your experience with them? Hows their coverage? I am moving to a place way up in the mountain lol (seriously)...and according to the website AT&T is the only service provider which gets very little service up there...any thoughts?

I had AT&T when I was in college (upstate ny), and they were beyond horrible. My service was a joke - I had terrible reception, calls were missed and dropped constantly, and the customer service was the worst I've ever had (and I've used them all!).
If you do go (or stay) with them, I wish you lots and lots of luck - who knows, maybe their service has improved?!

I had the same experience and couldn't wait to switch to Verizon! I like them a lot better!

I cancelled them and then went to Cingular. Now AT&T and Cingular are the same company. I'm having problems again!!!! I'm looking into changing over to Verizon.

I love my cingular/at&t phone. I've been with them since I had a cell phone. no problems. then again I never call them. so who knows, maybe they have bad customer service. when I need a new phone I do it on the website.
