Does anyone have any information about, experience with, Avalon Commons in Smithtown and or Coram LI?

I live across the street from the one in Coram and they are nice insider and out. I don't know anything else though.

The ones in Coram are really pretty, but I'd suggest looking at the new ones in Medford. Medford Pond. They are being built right off of 112, north of the LIE, and we are going to sign a lease there on Saturday. They are pretty, and I think a little less $$ money than Avalon Pines.
Check them out.

The ones in Smithtown are very nice - the insides of the apartments all look well maintained, a nice community and I think the insides are nice too (only seen one!). Great location too.

A very good friend of mine lives at the Smithtown commons & they are gorgeous. Even though they are condos, they are very quiet and private, and very up-to-date inside. Some units have fireplaces, and you can have the option to rent a garage as well.

I don't live in the Avalon commons in Smithtown, but I live in the townhouses (Windcrest) right next door. The Avalon apartments are really nice, but super pricey. I believe they're between 1800-2200 a month. I'm sure they vary based on size but it's also a great location....right near the mall....walking distance from a CVS, around the corner (literally about a mile) from 2 different supermarkets, restaurants, main street...etc. I love the location!!
