He pays around 2200 no utilities included and if you have a pet its $50 extra a month on top of a $500 ammenity fee per year. He has a 1 bedroom corner unit so it may cost a little more than a regular unit

Its $50 extra if you want another parking spot, goodluck on your apartment hunting!
we just moved into the Glen Mill Apts by Dosoris. they are all 2 bedrooms and have lots of parking. FM me if u want details but so far we are very happy there.
