NWR-Baby Shower favor

SO my sister lives out of the state and she & her husband (w/my niece) I just found out they will be visiting us here in NY for Easter-she due with her second baby in July so this will probably be her last trip up before she's due...

So i'm trying to plan a shower fast for her now in rush. I want to get the personalized hershey bar lables as her favors. Anyone know where to get them from and fast?? I'm at the 4 week mark so can't wait too long for shipping.

Thanks!
