NWR: Bacon Bits

Hey, I was going to post this on the recipes board, but it doesn't seem to get looked at or posted to very often, so i was wondering...
for dinner i am planning on making breaded and fried pork chops (boneless, thin sliced) do you think I could add bacon bits to the breadcrumb mix to spice it up a bit? or are the bacon bits too large or heavy? has anyone ever tried this?

do you have a grinder? i think they'd come out better if they were small like breadcrumbs!

do you think if they are too tiny they will lose the flavor? maybe I will just have to use more of them.... Thanks for the suggestion!

I don't think the size will matter for flavor. I think you can just crush them a little more with the back of a large soon and that should help.

What time's dinner? hee hee

I would have you all, but I think I should make it at least once before people come over, lol. Wouldn't want to poison you all unknowingly!
