WW taught me: dressing on the side - preferably not creamy, and watch the cheese and crutons.
Boring. But it helps.
I save monster salads for home...I make 'em so I can control everything.
If I'm gonna blow eleventy billion points, it's not gonna be on a salad in a restaurant...I'd rather have pasta!
