NWR: Bathing suits

NWR: Bathing suits

It's getting to be bathing suit season...ACKKK!!! Okay, so some of you may know that I have a boob job a month ago - which is great and I LOVE IT and recommend to anyone that's been thinking about it... But i've just run into my first problem - bathing suits!! I can't find bathing suit tops that fit me that don't look like old lady bathing suits!!! I'm a 36D so it's not huge but I'm having a really hard time... I went to Lord & Taylor today at lunch and couldnt find anything that fit right - all of the cups were way too narrow - i'd be flashing the whole beach!!!

So, (sorry this is so long-winded), has anyone else had this problem and if so where do you get your bathing suits???

I usually buy bathing suits at Victoria Secret or Old navy. If your looking for a bikini it's the best way to get a bigger top and a smaller bottom. Also, Victoria Secret has nice one-pieces that aren't frumpy.

Same problems here! Victoria Secret does have some nice ones - and some are even sized just like bras are. I find that those are the best fitting ones.

I'm a 36DD and had the same problems, last year I found three bathing suits (tankinis) in Macy's....they were all separate pieces so that may be your best bet.

Shop at a store that has separate tops and bottoms. I run into the same issues.

There are a ton of on-line places as well as the ones mentioned above.

I wear a small on the bottom and I am a 36D on top AFTER a reduction a year ago..
If you live near Rockville Centre, go to the Jerry Shop, it's on Sunrise highway.. they make GORGEOUS separates.. and Victoria's Secret makes separates, I ordered a few from there.. AND check out Bluefly.com under swimsuits and they have separates as well!! HTH!!!

I have problems with bathing suit tops as well I have full breasts so I find separates work for me where I can pick the size of the top also I find a halter top instead of a triangle top fit fuller breasts

Im the same size on top and I always go to Blum's in Patchogue. In the summer they have tons of bathings suits that are great! A little pricey, but i can always find something good in there!

I have the same problem, you'd be suprised but Taget has seperates that are really cute.

I didn't want to spend alot of money on bathing suites so i got like 3 of them from there last year from target for the 1 time i went to the beach last year lol.

I can relate Im a 38D and Im always pulling my tops to make sure its not falling down. Since you've been 'blessed' you might want to try tops that have built in bras. The ladies are right Victoria's Secret has quite a selection of bathing suits. You have to check your body type and your top to find one that suits your frame.

Definetly try Blums in Patchogue. They have everything and will even measure you to find the perfect fit. My sister always goes there because they are the only place that has suits that keep her in place.

Blums in Patchogue is the best for bathing suits. You can mix & match top/bottom sizes & they have name brands.
