I'm on Ocella (my last month woohoo) and unfortunately my luggage is STILL in the Bahamas so since I missed my pill yesterday and didn't want to miss it today I opened a new pack and took two pills from Week 3 HOWEVER, then I backtracked and actually think that I was on Week 2!
Question is, do you think this will mess up my cycle or is week 3 and week 2 pills pretty much the same thing?

i thought all of the pills are the same except for that last week...i could be wrong though. its been a while since i was on the pill and they may be different

That's what I thought too but it says something different on that 3rd week line so now I am a little freaking out...

Sorry I haven't been on the pill in years, but i think i heard that some of the pills later in the month have less of that ingrediant (again sorry, brain is having complications today ), it should still be fine so I wouldn't worry about it, if anything go to a pharmacy tomorrow and and ask the pharmacist just to be sure (if your doctors office isn't opened)

Penny, this totally happened to me, I take Ocella too. They are all the same hormone level EXCEPT for the last week/white sugar pill. DO NOT WORRY!!! You could take any two in the pack and it's fine. What I do is, instead of taking two at once I take one immediately as I remember/can and then the other like 6-12 hours later cuz I get sick from 2 at once. It helps. You're fine, good luck!!!!!!!!!! I don't know about that brand but recently I had mucked up my pills and now my cycle is all F'd up So, I don't have any good advice other than to be extra careful now and use something extra...

I wish I read this post before I took my two pills though because I have suchhh nausea this morning LOL!!!!
It usually happens to me though when I take two at a time so I know it will be okay in a few hours.
