Talk with your doctor about how to properly manipulate it. When it comes to the tri- pills, I've heard you should go by the doctor's advice. My friend did it wrong (w/ no professional guidance) and totally screwed herself over for a vacation. When she told her doctor, the doc was like 'you should've asked me how to do it!'

I was thinking that too...but she might be starting the new pack while still having AF.

I also heard that it's hard to 'skip' on the 'Lo' dose pills...it doesn't always work

Definitely check it out w/ your gyno!
